Vamos iniciar um processo de recrutamento para

Digital Team Leader. Esta função, irá ter como principal responsabilidade gerir uma equipa de Coffee Specialists, de forma a garantir o atingimento dos targets do negócio. Assim, deverá atuar como um embaixador da marca junto da equipa e garantir a colaboração, partilha de conhecimento e best practices digitais de forma a estabelecer um ecossistema digital robusto.

Atuar como líder e ser fonte de inspiração

  • Definir expectativas claras sobre o nível de desempenho necessário para oferecer uma excelente experiência ao cliente e capacitar os membros da equipa de forma a alcançar os objetivos
  • Garantir uma boa comunicação com os membros da equipa, incentivando feedbacks e sugestões de melhoria e promovendo um clima de trabalho agradável para o desenvolvimento da mesma
  • Atuar como um agente de mudança, esclarecendo objetivos e razões por trás de uma mudança, entendendo as implicações e ajudandoos a sair de sua zona de conforto

Gerir e garantir o bom desempenho da equipa

  • Monitorar e analisar o desempenho, utilizando métricas de qualidade e eficiência
  • Identificar lacunas de desempenho e implementar planos de ação
  • Reconhecer e recompensar o bom desempenho e apoiar os Coffee Specialists nos seus planos de desenvolvimento, fornecendo feedback construtivo

Mindset melhoria contínua

  • Encontrar maneiras de melhorar a forma como os membros da equipa trabalham juntos
  • Colaborar ativamente com as funções de suporte do Customer Relationship Center
  • Fomentar uma abordagem preventiva, incentivando os Coffee Specialists a analisar o histórico e hábitos do cliente, identificando possíveis motivos para futuros contatos

Garantir que os processos de gestão de RH são devidamente aplicados

  • Realizar avaliações e planos de desenvolvimento de acordo com o processo de PDP
  • Reconhecer talentos e incentivar o seu desenvolvimento, de acordo com as ferramentas disponíveis
  • Participar no processo de recrutamento, conduzindo entrevistas e validando novas contratações

What will make you successful:

  • Experiência em âmbito digital e/ou customer facing (2/3 anos)
  • Experiência em gestão de pessoas e coaching/training (mandatório)
  • Fluente em Português e Inglês
  • Boa capacidade relacional e de comunicação
  • Domínio Microsoft Office, na ótica do utilizador (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...)
