Descrição da Função:


Estamos à procura de um(a) Director(a) Comercial com experiência comprovada em vendas na área de Salesforce para liderar e expandir a nossa equipa de vendas.

O candidato ideal será um comunicador nato e um(a) comercial excelente, capaz de desenvolver e implementar estratégias eficazes para atingir e superar os objetivos de vendas.


Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e executar estratégias de vendas para alcançar os objetivos comerciais da empresa.
  • Liderar, motivar e gerir uma equipa de vendas para maximizar o seu potencial e desempenho.
  • Manter relações duradouras e lucrativas com os principais clientes.
  • Analisar tendências de mercado e comportamento do consumidor para antecipar as necessidades dos clientes e adaptar as estratégias de vendas.
  • Colaborar com outras direções para garantir uma abordagem integrada e coesa que maximize a satisfação do cliente.
  • Preparar relatórios detalhados sobre o progresso e as previsões de vendas para a administração da empresa.

Qualificações:

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas, particularmente em soluções Salesforce.
  • Capacidade demonstrada de liderar e motivar equipas.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e habilidades interpessoais.
  • Experiência em construir e manter relações comerciais fortes.
  • Fluência em inglês, essencial para interações com a clientela global.
  • Formação superior em Gestão de Empresas, Marketing ou área relevante.
