We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
  • Experience in IT helpdesk support and team management;
  • Knowledge in ITSM and support control systems;
  • Excellent skills in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom and networking;
  • Knowledge of internet security and data privacy;
  • Communication in English and Portuguese.

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or similar technologies.

Main responsabilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of service desk technicians, fostering a culture of outstanding customer service;
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering feedback and coaching to enhance team efficiency and skill set;
  • Provide initial contact and communicate resolutions for customer issues related to various IP technologies.
