We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for the Operations and Logistics Departments to work in Lisbon. This is an excellent professional opportunity for ambitious young people at the beginning of their careers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Operations and Logistics departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations within these critical departments.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating new products and customer orders.
  • Execution of operational processes and communication between manufacturer and customers.
  • Onboarding new customers, including collecting details, determining payment terms, and calculating product prices.
  • Cost data collection, price calculation, and maintenance of price lists.
  • Customer support and after sales activities, including issue resolution and product updates.
  • General administrative work and daily use of SAP for various documents.
  • Monthly and weekly documentation information provided to accounting.
  • Printing and revising original documents, sending them to the clients, and coordinating the shipment of the documents.
  • Daily help with administrative and documentation tasks for operation and logistics departments.
  • Daily work with different official documentation templates of the company; filling PRF forms for payment confirmations.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
