Responsabilidades
- Redigir e publicar anúncios de emprego, contactar candidatos e realizar triagens iniciais;
- Gestão de contratos de trabalho, referências, e alterações relacionadas com os trabalhadores;
- Administração de Pessoal Preparar dossiers de recrutamento, gerir documentos digitalizados, exames médicos, seguros;
- Gestão de assiduidade e férias;
- Procurar prestadores de serviços e planear a logística de formação;
- Introduzir dados no sistema RH (Workday) e manter a precisão e conformidade dos mesmos;
- Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios internos e criar painéis de controlo;
- Conduzir iniciativas para aumentar a eficiência e eficácia dos processos de RH;
- Gerir os processos de saída dos colaboradores e pedidos de referência.
- Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos,
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em Recursos Humanos;
- Proficiência em Microsoft Suite e conhecimento de sistemas HRIS;
- Fluência em inglês e francês, verbal e escrito;
- Experiência internacional (plus);
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e gestão de tempo;
- Capacidade de gerir informações confidenciais e sensíveis;
- Foco na obtenção de resultados e na melhoria contínua.
- Contrato direto com o cliente;
- Local de trabalho Parque das Nações;
