HR Global Services Coordinator

As a Global HR Shared Services Specialist at Boston Consulting Group, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Teams globally with HR administrative support throughout the employee life cycle. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and maintain employee data within our HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards
* Support new hire onboarding and background verification processes, including sending out induction plans and welcome emails
* Deliver audit support on personal files, forms, and other documentation, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity
* Assist with general employee requests, letters, verifications, reference checks, and other administrative tasks, including generating visa invitation letters
* Generate reporting for employee distribution lists, new joiners, anniversaries, and milestones
* Keep track of employees' probationary periods and flag to the HR team to ensure compliance with geographic processes
* Prepare, process, and follow up on employee paperwork related to new hires, promotions, transfers, address changes, additional payments, status changes, and employee exits
* Manage and maintain the inbox, dealing with employee queries and escalating to the correct team contact where necessary
* Coordinate with support functions for new hire laptops, accesses, payroll setups, and other administrative tasks
* Develop and modify operating policies, guidelines, procedures, systems, and documentation to foster best practices within the team
* Use a proactive, flexible, and practical approach to manage process and technology changes, ensuring project outcomes are achieved

* Excellent Communication (Oral & Written) in English and French
Requirements
* A graduation degree
* 6+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services or multi-national companies
* Knowledge of Workday and experience in Global HR Operations/HR Shared Services
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Proficient in English as well as French
