Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus' global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. About this position

Our Information Management (IM) department for Corporate Functions and Transverse Products is partnering with all Airbus business functions: from touching Airbus employees in all divisions with our HR and Finance solutions, driving the group-wide strategy for Advanced Analytics & AI, right through to integrating our data-driven capabilities like Skywise in our Customer Airlines.

responsabilidades chave

● Acting as controller for intercompany business and finance key user for the procurement purchasing tool
● Playing a key role in the collaboration with the Post Merger Integration Team to manage the SLA (Service letter agreement) business
● Interface to Airbus central for all global chargeback activities (such as e.g. IT, HR, Finance)
● Support other non-flying activities, bridging of price/ consumption variances and work package analysis
● Guidance for overdue CFTs (call for tender) as savings initiatives contribution

competências

You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
You have 1 to 3 years of experience
You are fluent in English, spoken and written
Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
You are a team player ready to support your colleagues
You have a positive attitude
You are known to be autonomous, resourceful and well organized
