A Coloplast gostaria de apresentar uma excelente oportunidade como Consumer Advisor que irá reforçar a equipa de apoio técnico ao consumidor da Coloplast.

Nesta função será responsável pelo apoio, em especial, a consumidores dos nossos produtos e servirá de ponte entre a empresa e os seus utentes e irá reportar ao Senior Marketing Manager.

Principais áreas de responsabilidade

  • Responder a questões ou preocupações colocadas por consumidores ou profissionais de saúde através de telefone, e-mail, ou outro tipo de contacto de uma forma rápida e seguindo as guidelines da empresa.
  • Adquirir conhecimentos sobre as áreas de negócio da empresa de forma a conseguir responder e resolver problemas sobre produtos de saúde.
  • Comunicar com consumidores e profissionais de saúde sobre questões íntimas de saúde e de funções anatómicas de forma madura e assertiva.
  • Documentar minuciosamente e com precisão cada inscrição no programa de consumidores nos sistemas Coloplast e de acordo com os procedimentos standard do departamento. Responsável pela qualidade dos dados, e pela sua autoauditoria do trabalho.
  • Utilizar os recursos disponíveis para estar a par dos últimos desenvolvimentos da indústria e dos produtos, serviços e atividades da concorrência.
  • Comunicar e trabalhar em equipa, juntamente com os delegados comerciais e a restante equipa de Consumer de forma a ser implementado um serviço de excelência.
  • Apoiar pontualmente o Senior Marketing Manager em atividades de marketing, como por exemplo apoio em congressos, traduções, revisão de materiais promocionais, etc.
  • Apresentações técnicas a profissionais de saúde ou consumidores (online e em eventos ao vivo)
Qualificações necessárias

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado na área da saúde. Enfermagem é preferencial, mas são aceites outras áreas da saúde.
  • Experiência em ambiente de call-center é valorizado.
  • Capacidade para explicar processos médicos e aconselhar consumidores ao telefone.
  • Inglês falado e escrito.

  • Atento aos pormenores e com capacidade em documentar todo o seu trabalho.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e proatividade.
  • Capacidade de escuta ativa.
  • Deve ser paciente, empático e possuir a habilidade de utilizar o telefone como uma ferramenta para construir relações com os consumidores.
  • Domínio de ferramentas Office na ótica do utilizador.
  • Pensamento crítico e capacidade para resolver problemas.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar bem em equipas multifuncionais, ser independente, mas também saber trabalhar em equipa.
  • Ter gosto em conseguir melhorar a qualidade de vida dos consumidores.
  • Disponibilidade para viajar.
