Your responsibilities and impact as a Fraud Prevention Support will include:
As a member of the Fraud Prevention team, you will handle suspicious web purchase orders by analyzing data, investigating, and verifying payment information.
- Key focus: detecting fraudulent activities
- Identifying and documenting unusual activities, recognizing patterns, and highlighting emerging issues
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Strong conversational skills and respect for privacy are essential when discussing payment details with customers

- You must be a native German speaker (essential) with a good command of English
- You are seeking work opportunities abroad

- You are comfortable writing in German
- You enjoy collaborating with diverse nationalities
- A background in sales/commercial roles is advantageous
- Prior experience in Customer Service or credit recovery is a bonus
Benefits of this role:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (8 hours)
- Competitive compensation package: 1100€ gross/month (14 payments) + up to 100€ performance bonus/month + meal vouchers (7.23€/workday) + transportation cost reimbursement + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)
- For non-residents in Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) for the initial flight ticket after 6 months with the company + 12 months accommodation in a shared flat (rental fee applicable)
