Job Description

  • The Global Security Intelligence group is seeking a Consumer Payments and Risk Analyst who will design our risk mitigation systems, processes and policies for the DirecttoConsumer business globally. The primary areas of focus are mitigating risk created by payment method fraud as well as abuse of our customer policies. Core responsibilities will be validation/creation of KPI's, attainment of bestinclass payment approval and chargeback performance and to design and implement countermeasures for any conditions that deviate from targets. We will need this team member to focus on delivering the precise balance of excellent customer experience while maximizing financial performance consistent with the Bose brand.


 Key responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage complex fraud rules to prevent and mitigate loss.
  • Attainment of Fraud order management Service Levels commitments to Payment Providers and Vendors
  • Provide organizational visibility to management and key stakeholders on payment method performance and risk exposure.
  • Increase automation decision making and transactional processes. The ability to make decisions, test assumptions with A/B testing, and iterate often without perfect information.
  • Drive and support continuous improvement for fraud order management processes to reduce order support cost.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and reporting tools to detect and quantify emerging fraud patterns.
  • Recognize risks, exploits, and points of attack, and then implement solutions to address gaps.
  • Keep with industry trends related to Consumer payments and Fraud Prevention
  • Collaborate across stakeholders to align our approach to needed business outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to defend their ideas to key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
KPI's- Payment approval ratings Chargebacks as a % of sales Automation rate of approvals CSAT related to order checkout processes

Skills:

  • Payment Provider systems and operations (i.e. Adyen,Klarna, PayPal, Forter)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL and automation tools
  • Experience using AI/ML capabilities to improve results and dynamically respond to market trends.
  • Working knowledge of SAP SD and FI and Salesforce software
