Whatyou can expect:
  • You solvecustomer queries on complex issues in various CMS and store systems
  • The in-depth analysis of customer problems,the identification of problem areas and the development ofappropriate solutions
  • You will work closelywith our development teams and continuously develop our systemstogether with other teams
  • You willcontinuously expand your know-how by using the CMS and storesystems yourself
What you bringto the table:
  • You consideryourself an expert in any CMS or store system (whether Shopware,Wordpress, TYPO3, Magento, etc.)
  • You knowhow to use SSH and are keen to delve into topics
  • You have done one of these things before: run or built awebsite, administered a server yourself or programmedPHP/MySQL/Node.js applications
  • You arecurious, like to learn new things and pass on your knowledge toothers
  • You're not afraid to make mistakesand are willing to try things out
