For our "IT Operations" division we arelooking for a
Administrative / Business ITSpecialist as Team Leader (m/f/d) eServices divisionThe position can be based at our office in Giessen,Darmstadt or Kassel. This position is a full-time position, whichis in principle divisible.

Your tasks and responsibilities- Cooperative management of theassigned employees
- Coordination andmanagement of specialist tasks
- Economic andoperational responsibility for all eServices in the department
- Introduction of regular reporting of keyfigures
- Development of the strategy for theservice portfolio (eServices) of the department
- Development of and compliance with the specifications inthe business plan
- Conducting employee andtarget agreement meetings
- Conceptualdevelopment and support of end-to-end marketing strategies for theservices
- Responsibility for productdescriptions, service catalog and training materials
- Maintaining close relationships with customers andobtaining feedback
- Translating customerrequirements into continuous product improvements
- Management of supplier relationships
The level of payment is based on a salary upto EG 12 TVöD (VKA) and will be subject to a final individualassessment and personal qualifications.
