Become a part of it - we have a position reserved foryou We are looking for a committed personality to furtherstrengthen our team as a Data Engineer (f/m/d) at duisport. As partof the Data & Analytics team, you will work in closecooperation with our IT and specialist departments to provide afirst-class, high-performance data warehouse infrastructure in theMicrosoft Azure Cloud.
Your tasks? Exciting- You design, develop and managedata pipelines and data models in the Azure Cloud with the AzureData Factory and a third-party tool for data vault modeling
- You evaluate and implement various optionsfor data integration and storage in the Azure Cloud
- You will be responsible for the overall administrationand support of our BI infrastructure in the Azure Cloud, includingmonitoring, performance optimization and troubleshooting
- You create and maintain detaileddocumentation on our BI infrastructure to ensure a smooth transferof knowledge and traceability of processes
- You proactively contribute your expertise to the furtherdevelopment of our data strategy in the company and show interestin new trends and developments to optimize our infrastructure
- You actively support the strategy projectand also tackle strategic topics in the area of data and analytics
- You have a degree in businessinformatics, computer science or a related field
- You already have several years (at least 3) of relevantprofessional experience in data engineering and businessintelligence
- You have good databasedevelopment skills and experience in building data warehouses,ideally in the Azure Cloud
- You have a highlevel of analytical thinking, a structured way of working anddemonstrate strong communication skills
- Youare open to new technologies and show a willingness to familiarizeyourself with new topics
- You show initiativeand the ability to proactively contribute ideas and suggestions forimprovement
