There's a lot to do. That's why Birkis looking for helping hands in the internal IT infrastructureteam.
IMPORTANT: You don't have to have theconsulting gene in you Our people in the 30-strong ICT team arethe patient, get-it-done people who make sure the IT side of thingsruns smoothly. Our "customers" are: the departments of UNITY AG andsubsidiaries of the UNITY Innovation Alliance (our group ofcompanies).
TasksWhereby you can support Birk:
- Responsible for IT infrastructure services: from classic hypervisoroperation to Windows Server and Active Directory including theentire Microsoft 365 cloud stack to classic network topics in thearea of switching and firewalls, there are no limits to the topicsyou can cover. Feel free to talk to us about your mainrequirements.
- Advise colleagues from otherdepartments: Provide helpful impulses and technical recommendationsin your topics and at the interfaces.
- Further develop the IT architecture: Advance the infrastructure andthus the IT-related quality of work of the entire group ofcompanies (UNITY Innovation Alliance)
Must-have:
- Proven, several years ofprofessional experience in the field of IT infrastructure (pluspoint: in a comparable corporate environment such as UNITY AG)
- A completed apprenticeship, e.g. as an ITspecialist* or a completed degree
- Structuredapproach and high service mentality
- Enjoysolving problems and working in a team
- German language skills: min. B2, English language skills: min. B2(C1 preferred)
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge with Microsoft Windows(Server, Active Directory), Azure Stack HCI / Microsoft HyperV,Microsoft 365 & Azure, Cisco Meraki or others.
- Desire for joint department events, e.g. Mario Kartevenings and eating pizza together
