Enjoy the sunshine and culture of Portugal as you start your careerAs a German-speaking Customer Advisor for Insulet, your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their Omnipod system, a cutting-edge insulin management device that offers a needle-free solution for insulin delivery. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers feel supported and confident in using this product to manage their health.Responsibilities:Providing excellent customer support via phone and email.Assisting with inquiries regarding product usage, handling, and device settings.Troubleshooting possible malfunctions and responding to device alerts.Managing product orders (excluding the active ingredient), as well as demo kit requests.Assisting with payments and processing orders based on medical prescriptions.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).Ability to work in shifts (24/7 availability including weekends).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and customer service systems.Empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
