YOUR ROLE JOIN OUR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY SUPPORT TEAM We're expanding our operations in Europe, and our Porto-based team supports an industry leader in automotive warranties. Our mission? To extend high-level warranty and maintenance contract support to clients across multiple European markets, including Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, and more, coming soon. As part of our Extended Warranty Management (EWM) team, you'll handle contract-related requests and help ensure the proper management of vehicle repairs and coverage authorizations. You will be working from our modern Porto office with the flexibility of hybrid work. YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE: Managing and reviewing repair requests in accordance with coverage termsAssessing eligibility and processing claimsCommunicating with relevant departments via phoneAnalyzing applications and assessing insurability and financial riskIssuing decisions to customers and business partnersPerforming administrative follow-up on all processed cases WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Background in Business Administration, Insurance, Banking, or Public AdministrationAutomotive industry knowledge is an advantageStrong command of IT tools and digital platformsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalCommitment to high-quality service and customer satisfactionFluent in German (C1-C2) and proficient in written EnglishAt least 6 months of experience in a back-office environment WHAT WE OFFER: We believe great work deserves great rewards.
