Estamos à procura de um(a) Business Intelligence Analyst para reforçar uma equipa em crescimento , onde os dados são fundamentais para otimizar operações, melhorar a eficiência e suportar decisões estratégicas. Valorizamos a inovação e a eficiência, utilizando tecnologia e análise de dados para otimizar a qualidade dos serviços e apoiar decisões estratégicas. Funções principais Apoiar na recolha, tratamento e análise de dados operacionais e financeiros. Criar e atualizar dashboards interativos em Power BI para reporting interno e para clientes. Automatizar fluxos de informação e produzir relatórios que apoiem a gestão de operações, recursos humanos e faturação. Colaborar com equipas de operações e gestão para compreender necessidades de dados e propor soluções. Garantir a consistência, integridade e atualização da informação. Perfil procurado Formação em Tecnologias de Informação, Gestão de Informação, Estatística, Matemática Aplicada, Economia ou áreas afins. Experiência avançada em Power BI / Qlik (modelação de dados, DAX, Power Query). Conhecimentos de bases de dados (SQL) e ferramentas de análise de dados. Capacidade de aprender rapidamente e de trabalhar de forma autónoma. Boa comunicação e espírito de equipa.
