This will significantly increase your chances of success   We are looking for an experienced Stibo STEP Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and pain points. Document functional requirements and user stories to support Salesforce and PIM-related solutions. Solution Design & Configuration Configure Stibo STEP data models, workflows, and business rules. Support attribute management and the setup of data governance structures. Data Quality & Governance Define and enforce standards for product data quality and regulatory compliance. Monitor and validate data integrity within the PIM system. Integration Support Work closely with IT teams to integrate Stibo STEP with ERP, e-commerce, and other enterprise systems. Ensure smooth and reliable data exchange and synchronization. Testing & Validation Prepare test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements. Training & Documentation Create user guides and provide training sessions for business stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance PIM processes, functionality, and overall system performance. Years of Experience 5+ years of proven experience as a Stibo STEP Business Analyst. Functional Skills Strong understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) concepts. Solid knowledge of Stibo STEP functionalities, including data modeling, workflows, and business rules. Experience implementing and supporting data governance frameworks. Familiarity with product lifecycle management, product development processes, and multi-channel publishing. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective system configurations. Understanding of integration methodologies (APIs, ETL processes) in the context of PIM and ERP/e-commerce ecosystems. Technical Skills Basic SQL for data validation and analysis. Knowledge of XML/JSON formats for data exchange. Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Talend, or SAP CPI. Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Desired Certifications Stibo STEP Certification. Business Analysis certifications. #
