Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies. We are looking for a Senior Technical Expert for this project Key Responsibilities Provide global Level 1 and Level 2 support for Silva products based on ServiceNow SPM and ITSM Resolve incidents and service requests, including RITMs, ensuring SLA and service quality compliance Maintain and optimise the Silva Service Catalogue within ServiceNow Deliver user training sessions and support data change and improvement projects Contribute to demand, project, and product portfolio management processes (SPM) Key Skills Strong expertise in ServiceNow, including SPM and ITSM modules Solid experience as a Senior Technical Expert / Silva Officer (3–5 years) In-depth knowledge of ITIL v4 principles and IPCR management processes Excellent problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset Ability to operate effectively in an English-speaking, global environment What do we offer?
