In this role, you will contribute to building robust banking platforms that enhance user experience and operational excellence, fostering innovation and career growth. Your Main Responsibilities Analyze and document complex business requirements to facilitate seamless project delivery. Translate business needs into precise technical specifications and user stories. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality. Validate spreadsheets and cross-check data across multiple systems for consistency. Perform data validations to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Collaborate effectively with solution teams, developers, and business units throughout the project lifecycle. You're Ideal For This Role If You Have At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the banking or financial services sector. Proven expertise in CLM/CRM systems and experience in testing methodologies. Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies. Excellent requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus. It Is a Strong Plus If You Have Certifications related to Business Analysis, Testing, or Banking Technologies. Language Required For The Role Fluent in English.
