Junior Market Manager *

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting people, keeping things organised, and helping digital experiences land well across different countries. If you like bringing clarity to complex situations, speaking with many different teams, and turning data into simple next steps, this role may suit you well. You’ll support market rollouts, guide local teams through testing and approvals, and keep everyone aligned. A big part of your work will be listening, understanding what each market needs, and helping them move forward with confidence. You’ll also track progress, prepare reports, and make sure decisions and actions are clearly documented. Along the way, you’ll learn how global organisations deploy digital products, how to work with analytics tools, and how AI can make your work sharper and more efficient. What you’ll do Under the guidance of senior consultants you will: · Coordinate rollouts across markets and align central, local, and technical teams. · Act as a main contact for local teams, building trust and supporting their needs. · Work with marketing, IT, privacy, and brand teams to secure a smooth implementation. · Track readiness, testing, approvals, and deployment milestones. · Support quality assurance and UAT, keeping feedback loops clear and complete. · Collect and analyse data on adoption, performance, and user feedback. · Monitor key metrics and prepare progress, risk, and outcome reports. · Maintain transparent documentation of activities, decisions, and communication. What you’ll learn · Managing cross-functional stakeholders in global and local markets. · Developing commercial communication skills and influencing adoption. · Interpreting data and preparing performance reports. · Working with GA, Play Console, Power BI, and similar tools. · Understanding how global companies deploy and govern digital products. · Using AI tools to boost productivity and insights. Who you are · Confident and proactive, able to work independently with many stakeholders. · Structured and analytical, comfortable interpreting data. · A clear communicator who can work with technical and non-technical teams. · Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Play Console, Power BI, Jira, or Confluence. · Curious about technology and keen to explore AI tools. · Reliable, organised, and comfortable in international, fast-moving environments.
