Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Technischer Support für Digitales Marketing werden sein: 
Du würdest für eines der weltweit führenden Technologieunternehmen arbeiten. Du wirst neue Marketingideen entwickeln und eine große Veränderung im heutigen Leben bewirken. Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Lösen von technischen Problemen und Behebung/Reparatur der Online-Marketing-Plattform in einem B2B-Umfeld
  • Definieren von Lösungen für Kunden und Anpassen bestehender Prozesse und Methoden, um mögliche Lösungen anzuleiten
  • Anwendung grundlegender Kodierungs- und Diagnosefähigkeiten zur Problemanalyse
  • Erkennen der Ziele der Kunden und deren Unterstützung im Chat durch Bereitstellung entsprechender Lösungen
  • Erreichen einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit mit Fokus auf Qualität und Ergebnisse


Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein: 

  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
  • Du hast einen Schulabschluss oder bereits einen Bachelor-Abschluss
  • Du hast einen Hintergrund im technischen Support
  • Du hast ein allgemeines Verständnis oder Interesse an Online-Marketing-Produkten
  • Du bist ein strategisch denkender Mensch.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Spitzenleistungen und Professionalität.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und bereit, mit vielen verschiedenen Nationalitäten zusammenzuarbeiten.   


Was ist für dich drin?

  • Vertragsart: ein befristeter Vertrag für ein Jahr, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann
  • Arbeitszeiten: Mo - Fr 8 Uhr bis 17 Uhr (40 Stunden/Woche)
  • Keine Wochenendarbeit
  • Hybridarbeit nach der Ausbildung
  • Ausbildung: 7-10 Wochen 
  • Gehaltsbedingungen (*) - 2 Optionen:  
  • a.) Inklusive freier Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, inklusive aller Rechnungen): 
  • 1030€ brutto/Monat + Bonus von bis zu 400€ brutto pro Monat
  • b.) Ohne Unterkunft: 
  • 1.400€ brutto/Monat + Bonus von bis zu 400€ brutto pro Monat
  • (*) Vergütung der Ausbildungszeit 100%.
  • Für internationale Bewerber:
  • Rückerstattung der anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten
  • Abholung vom Flughafen
  • Jährliches Rückflugticket in dein Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)
