Job Description

We are looking for an Android Technical Support Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience.

Technical Support

Familiar with APIs and capable of supporting multiple applications. Skilled in technical analysis. Continuously monitoring for new tickets and alerts Replicates the behavior to troubleshoot issues using test devices and tools. Utilizes test devices, debugging tools, and development tools to triage issues. Communicate with stakeholders for any ticketing-related concerns, activities, assignments or urgent tasks. Exhausts all external and internal resources for research. Contributes to side-projects, tool automation, and team innovation. Regularly attends training programs and brown bag sessions to enhance capabilities.

Skills

Android/Java Familiarity regarding usage with APIs (REST-based and/or related libraries) Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

Languages

Portuguese (C1), English (C1), Spanish (C1)

Location

Location will be Lisbon and the working model will be Hybrid, with at least 3 days at the office and with a possibility to increase to 5 days a week in the future. Candidates must be living in Portugal.
