Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and support cases Follow defined workflows and quality guidelines Maintain accurate documentation Requirements Fluent Dutch Basic English knowledge With or without contact center experience Salary & Benefits Base salary: €14,000 gross/year Signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 (possible)
