This entry-level role is ideal for students or young professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities During The InternshipAssist with customer inquiries and support through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls and emails. Learn and master key tools, such as contact management systems and knowledge bases. Support investigation of issues, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting. Escalate and triage critical issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently. Provide feedback on processes, offering recommendations to enhance operations. Complete thorough documentation of customer interactions and trends. What You’ll GainHands-on experience in a dynamic, multi-country operation. A chance to develop professional communication and problem-solving skills in both English and French (Spanish and Portuguese are a plus). Insight into the growing electric mobility sector. Details Of The Internship Fluency in French and Portuguese is required. Polish and Spanish are a plus. Duration: 1 to 3 months (to be confirmed) Location: Onsite in Lisbon. Working hours: 7-hour shifts between 7 AM and 12 AM (Portuguese time), with two consecutive days off per week.
