We are expanding our global team and looking for Head of GTM to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Salary Range: €65,000–€80,000 gross annually + bonusses


The Role:


We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused Head of GTM to lead and unify our go-to-market function across all Native Teams products. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, commercial intelligence, and field execution.


You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing GTM organisation, owning the full revenue-driving motion from brand awareness to pipeline generation, partner ecosystem growth, and market intelligence. You will lead four core teams and be a key voice in shaping how Native Teams grows across its target segments, primarily small to mid-size enterprises (SMEs) undergoing workforce transformation.



Teams You Will Lead:


Marketing Managers

  • Own product and brand marketing across all Native Teams products
  • Drive integrated campaigns aligned to ICP segments and buying committees
  • Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams on messaging and positioning
  • Ensure consistency of narrative across digital, paid, and organic channels


Partnership Managers

  • Build and manage a portfolio of strategic channel and technology partnerships
  • Identify, negotiate, and activate co-sell and referral agreements
  • Develop a partner enablement programme to drive joint pipeline
  • Own relationships with key ecosystem players including EOR partners, HR tech platforms, and global resellers


Commercial Intelligence

  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and ICP definition
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to support GTM decision-making
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across geographies and verticals
  • Support the commercial team with data-driven insights on pricing, positioning, and segmentation


Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute in-market activations, events, and roadshows across key regions
  • Own product-specific field campaigns tailored to local market dynamics
  • Align field activities with pipeline targets and sales priorities
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team on pre- and post-event content and follow-up


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and own the end-to-end GTM strategy for all products under the Native Teams umbrella
  • Translate company growth goals into quarterly and annual GTM plans across all four teams
  • Align GTM efforts tightly with Sales, Product, and the executive team
  • Own OKRs and KPIs across marketing, partnerships, field, and intelligence functions
  • Build scalable processes, playbooks, and tooling to support team growth
  • Manage headcount planning, hiring, and performance across all direct reports
  • Act as a key escalation point and strategic advisor for partnerships and commercial deals
  • Report directly to the CMO with full visibility into GTM performance and pipeline contribution


Key Requirements:


Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM, marketing leadership, or commercial strategy roles
  • Proven track record of leading multi-functional teams (marketing, partnerships, field, or intelligence)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or global workforce platforms strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success scaling GTM in SME or mid-market segments
  • Experience building or scaling a partner ecosystem from early stage


Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent command of performance marketing, demand generation, and brand principles
  • Data-literate, comfortable with dashboards, attribution models, and revenue metrics
  • Outstanding communication and executive presence, able to align stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong hiring instincts and people leadership skills
  • Ability to operate across multiple products and market segments simultaneously
