B2B Digital Sales Specialist (German & English) – Fully Remote | Sofia We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level German and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team.This is a full-time fully remote role, contracted in Sofia, within a dynamic digital advertising / tech environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support if needed. Your Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leadsApply structured business development and lead qualification methodologiesBuild, manage, and develop a strong sales pipelineUnderstand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutionsContribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets Requirements Native-level German (mandatory)Fluent EnglishMinimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experienceSolid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologiesExperience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirableStrong communication skills and a results-driven mindset What We Offer Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)Fully remote role (Bulgarian contract – Sofia)Gross monthly base salary: 4,300 BGNTarget bonus: 2,000 BGN (quarterly)International working environment and long-term career opportunitiesRelocation support (optional), including:Help finding accommodation10 days or more of apartment paid by the companyPossibility of first salary advance if neededFully furnished apartments of minimum 60 sqm available from approx. 200 € / month Start Date 12 January 2026 Apply For more information or to apply:marco.velenosi@cbtalents.comWhatsApp: +39 334 619 6398
