Na LMSI - Engineering , procuramos um Técnico de Suporte Informático para reforçar a nossa equipa. Se gosta de resolver problemas, tem atenção ao detalhe e é apaixonado por tecnologia, esta oportunidade é para si Responsabilidades Prestar suporte técnico aos utilizadores internos, resolvendo questões de hardware, software e redes. Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas técnicos de forma eficiente e autónoma. Configurar, formatar e preparar equipamentos para utilização. Gerir ativos de TI, incluindo equipamentos e softwares. Administrar o Office 365 (Azure AD, Intune, BitLocker, Exchange). Garantir a segurança da informação e gerir configurações de firewall. Configurar e manter sistemas, equipamentos, redes e sistemas wireless. Suportar e administrar sistemas operativos (Windows Desktop e Server, Linux Desktop e Server, macOS). Documentar procedimentos e soluções técnicas. Efetuar contactos com assistências de garantia para reparações ou substituição de componentes. Requisitos: Formação em Tecnologias de Informação, Informática ou área similar. Experiência prévia em funções de suporte técnico. Conhecimentos em formatação e preparação de equipamentos. Experiência na gestão de ativos de TI. Domínio na administração do Office 365 (Azure AD, Intune, BitLocker e Exchange). Conhecimentos básicos de VPN (L2TP/PPTP, OpenVPN ou equivalentes) e configuração de firewalls. Conhecimentos de TCP/IP, redes e sistemas wireless. Experiência com sistemas operativos (Windows Desktop e Server, Linux Desktop e Server, macOS). Capacidade de diagnóstico e resolução de avarias em equipamentos fora de garantia.
