We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to fuel growth and expand our footprint in the iGaming industry. You’ll work closely with leadership and have real ownership over your pipeline, helping shape how we grow in new iGaming markets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target markets, emerging trends, and high-potential business opportunities. Identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations to establish lasting relationships. Proactively generate and qualify leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. Create targeted outreach campaigns and initiatives that support business development efforts. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their localization needs, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintain regular client communication to monitor satisfaction, anticipate evolving needs, and drive continuous improvement in our offerings. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to align with company objectives and ensure profitability. Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and inform strategic decision-making. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities. What success looks like in your first year: You have built and are managing your own sales pipeline. You have closed your first deals independently. You have become a trusted point of contact for existing key accounts. You are contributing ideas to improve our outreach and sales approaches. Qualifications: Proven track record in business development, sales, and account management. Experience in localization, language services, or iGaming is a strong advantage, but we’re also open to strong commercial profiles eager to retrain. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to evaluating market opportunities and sales performance. Fluent in English. What you'll get: A full-time, permanent contract on a flexible, 35-hour working week. Hybrid work setup (office in Boavista + remote flexibility). 27 days of annual leave. €6/day meal allowance and access to Coverflex. Private health insurance.
