Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service practices.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure effective communication.
  • Assist clients during the onboarding process, guiding them in understanding our services and platform.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay up-to-date on product information and customer support best practices.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine desire to assist clients are crucial for success in this role.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
