About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll assist customers with their online shopping experience. From resolving inquiries to providing guidance on orders, you'll help create an effortless and enjoyable journey for every user. This fully remote role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Assist customers effectively: Respond to Dutch-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, offering clear and helpful guidance.
2. Resolve customer issues: Help with questions about orders, returns, and account settings, ensuring timely resolutions.
3. Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with the platform's product range and policies to provide accurate support.
4. Contribute to customer satisfaction: Use your problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer.
What You Bring
1. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
2. Interest in working in e-commerce and strong communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
4. Tech-savviness and a quick learner when it comes to new tools and systems.
5. Availability to start in February or March 2025.
