Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service practices.
- Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure effective communication.
- Assist clients during the onboarding process, guiding them in understanding our services and platform.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
- Engage in continuous training to stay up-to-date on product information and customer support best practices.

Requirements

- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
- A proactive approach and a genuine desire to assist clients are crucial for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
