Position: Trust & Safety Investigator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Weekly shifts (8 hours with breaks), covering Monday to Sunday, 24/7

What You'll Do:

  • Investigate and Resolve: Assess escalated cases for policy violations, safety concerns, and respond to inquiries via phone, helpdesk, and live chat.
  • Customer Focused: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency, including critical safety cases.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Make informed decisions based on analysis, ensuring all resolutions align with company policies.
  • Confidentiality: Handle customer information with the utmost care and comply with corporate confidentiality policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: C1-C2 in Croatian/Serbian and B2 in English, both spoken and written.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment with a structured approach.
