Responsibilities

  • Approach existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention
  • Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and e-mail
  • Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base
  • Follow up and negotiate with customers to prevent churn and generate pricing quotes for renewals
  • Collect and analyze feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, linguistics, or another relevant field. Any equivalent commercial experience is an alternative
  • Experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service, ideally with up-selling and cross-selling
  • Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; further languages such as Portuguese or Italian are a plus
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoyment of working in an international team
