A Experis está a recrutar um Business Developer Manager para uma empresa líder em soluções de business intelligence e análise de dados para o setor automóvel para impulsionar o crescimento no mercado português. Procuramos um perfil data-driven, especialista na venda de soluções baseadas em dados e com forte experiência no terreno.

Responsabilidades:
  1. Desenvolver e expandir o negócio – Angariar novos clientes em gestoras de frotas, bancos, fabricantes, rent-a-car e retalho automóvel.
  2. Venda consultiva de soluções de dados – Apresentar a proposta de valor a decisores de topo, incluindo C-Level, gestores de remarketing e gestores de risco.
  3. Construir relações estratégicas – Fortalecer parcerias com OEMs, empresas de leasing e frotas, garantindo que é a referência no setor.
  4. Acompanhar tendências de mercado – Monitorizar a concorrência e antecipar necessidades dos clientes para maximizar oportunidades de negócio.
  5. Alcançar objetivos comerciais – Gerir todo o ciclo de vendas, desde a prospeção até ao fecho de contrato, garantindo crescimento de receita e retenção de clientes.
Requisitos:
  1. Experiência comprovada em vendas no setor automóvel, preferencialmente em remarketing, residuais, pricing ou gestão de frotas.
  2. Rede de contactos ativa em gestoras de frota, bancos, fabricantes e rent-a-car.
  3. Conhecimento do mercado e concorrência (Eurotax e outras soluções de pricing e remarketing).
  4. Perfil data-driven, confortável na venda de soluções baseadas em inteligência de mercado.
  5. Forte capacidade de negociação e comunicação com stakeholders de alto nível.
  6. Disponibilidade para deslocações de Norte a Sul do país.
  7. Fluência em Português e Inglês.
