Ils s'efforcent quotidiennement d'améliorer les services fournis à leurs clients en plaçant leurs employés au cœur de l'entreprise. Vos idées et suggestions seront les bienvenues car vous les aiderez à grandir et à progresser Vous rejoindrez une équipe de plus de 500 employés de 35 nationalités différentes Vos missions: Travailler sur l'amélioration continue pour la satisfaction des clients S'entretenir avec les clients par email ou par téléphone afin de leur fournir des informations sur les produits dans le cadre de la procédure d'après-vente Suivi des commandes et plaintes La vente ajoutée est un plus Nous recherchons: Passport Européen ou d'identité Européenne ou permis de travail pour le Portugal.
