If you have experience in the Telecom industry, particularly with fixed-line processes for global Telecom clients, this role could be the next step in your career. It’s an exciting opportunity to advance your career on the network side of the telecom world.Key ResponsibilitiesTelco Access & Circuit Orders: Conduct network checks and ensure site readiness to align with customer orders.Component Testing: Perform and document checks to ensure information accuracy and completeness.Provisioning Management: Drive tasks and activities to ensure timely requests with local Telco Access providers.Escalation Management: Handle exceptions, document issues, and escalate as necessary to meet customer commitments.Customer Interaction: Provide timely updates and resolutions via Phone, Email, and Ticketing systems.Performance Tracking: Deliver weekly summaries to enhance Telco turnaround performance.Third-Party Coordination: Manage, track, and resolve issues related to Third-Party Access Providers.Technical Coordination: Work with Local Field Technicians, Vendors, and Telco providers for testing, installations, and troubleshooting.Service Certification: Troubleshoot, document, and certify end-to-end services.Support Escalations: Assist Network Field Operations or Customers with site surveys and circuit testing.Your ProfileQualificationsTelecom Experience: Hands-on experience with Telecommunications, especially in Fixed Line processes.
