Key partner for leaders on team & people related needs (i.e. performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement & employee relations) Build an understanding of the business and the people dynamics in order to be a trusted advisor and support our leader population Providing support to enable leaders to effectively lead through change management Surfacing key themes to Org Development team and bringing input into leader enablement programs Partnering with Org Development on roll out of leader enablement Collaborate across the People Experience team to enhance the experience of all our employees & leaders
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
Experience in coaching managers on people related solutions 3+ years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist Role Great listening skills and emotional intelligence Ability to uncover root causes and discover underlying issues Ability to embrace difficult or uncomfortable conversations Ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions to improve Empathy for people and good situational awareness Desire to collaborate across functions and levels as well as work autonomously An eagerness to learn, innovate, and be scrappy
