Role Overview: As a Spanish Content Moderator, your mission is to ensure a safe platform where all content adheres to community guidelines. You will analyze and moderate content posted on social media, including videos, comments, user appeals, and cover/title images, to determine if they violate any policies. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent content moderation services and ensuring that all platform compliance regulations are followed. Your work will focus on the Spanish market, helping to build a better user experience.
Key Responsibilities: Content Review: Examine videos, audio, comments, links, and user-generated content to determine if they comply with community guidelines. Tag and address content that violates rules to maintain a safe environment for all users.Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all content, including cover images and titles, aligns with platform policies and guidelines.User Engagement: Address user appeals and concerns related to content moderation, providing support and clarity as needed.Compliance Assurance: Work closely with your team to uphold platform compliance regulations and contribute to a consistent and effective moderation process.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with emerging trends and user behavior to proactively identify potential issues and adjust moderation practices accordingly.Feedback and Improvement: Offer constructive feedback on content moderation processes and collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation strategies and tools.
