As Sales Representative, you'll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker's world-class Medical Hospital products.
Our Medical solutions offer products that help improve patient and hospital outcomes with innovative patient care, patient handling, and data solutions that are durable, reliable, and easy to use.
In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.

Key Activities & Accountabilities: Driving growth in the territory through active customer engagement.Creating new sales opportunities with a targeted sales approach.Meeting and exceeding sales quotas.Planning and executing on a quarterly and annual business plan, managing existing revenue streams and customers, and driving acquisition across the territory.Implementing strategy at the local level in coordination with the RSM and PM.Controlling all resources and materials in the territory.Providing customer care for healthcare professionals and hospital administration.Managing contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with RSM and PM to ensure compliance with company standards.Completing quotes and tenders/reporting as required.Representing Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners, and managers in the territory.Supporting in-person customer experiences of our products through coverage of exhibits, trade shows, and educational events.Providing in-service support where required.Maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Remaining current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.Acting in a consultancy capacity with other Stryker departments.Promoting compliance with regulations and ethical behavior.Fulfilling the quality policy and complying with company's standard operating procedures.Minimum Qualifications: Degree in sciences, economics, or professional training in the medical or scientific field.3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles in the medical devices industry.Native or C2 level of Portuguese and ideally intermediate level of Spanish and/or English.Preferred Qualifications: Sales experience in the Medical Device Business working with capital equipment.In-depth understanding of national legal, regulatory, and compliance rules.Fluent level of Spanish and/or English.Role details: Territory: PortugalBased Location: any well-connected city in the center-south area of Portugal.Type: 100% FieldTravel with stayover: 50%Presence in Operating Room: not requiredWhat We Offer: Flat hierarchies and responsibility: We strengthen the initiative and willingness of our employees to take on responsible tasks.We grow talent: We offer great personal and internal career development opportunities.Team spirit & engagement: We create engaged and inclusive teams.Competitive salary: You will receive a competitive salary commensurate with your job.Recognition of your performance: Outstanding individual and team performance is rewarded.Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies, driven to make healthcare better.
