Microsoft Tech Lead

A área Digital Xperience da Xpand IT é uma equipa tecnológica de rápido crescimento que se concentra em tecnologias Microsoft e Mobile. A sua principal missão é fornecer soluções de software de alta qualidade que atendam às necessidades do utilizador final, num mundo tecnológico continuamente exigente e em ritmo acelerado, proporcionando a melhor experiência em termos de personalização, performance e features. Tiramos proveito de um conjunto de frameworks e ferramentas inovadoras, como Kubernetes , para implementação de Apps Azure e .Net Core para desenvolvimento Web. Mas isso não é tudo, a nossa equipa também trabalha com Kotlin e Swift no desenvolvimento de apps nativas e Xamarin ou Flutter no desenvolvimento de apps cross-platform, implementando e integrando as nossas apps com ecossistemas da Microsoft e Azure .
Quais as principais responsabilidades?
Enquanto Microsoft Tech Lead, irás aplicar conhecimentos práticos de desenvolvimento e habilidades técnicas para ajudar as equipas a fornecer soluções de software de qualidade com stack .NET , usando metodologias ágeis. Irás também ter a oportunidade de trabalhar em vários domínios, como web, mobile ou qualquer outra que possa fazer sentido para o desafio em questão
Diariamente serás responsável por: Utilizar/ sugerir a(s) linguagem(ns) de programação adequada(s) para criar interfaces web dinâmicas e user-friendly; Participar no desenho de arquitetura de soluções de software baseadas em stack Microsoft; Acompanhar a equipa de desenvolvimento, assumindo um papel de orientação / coaching em boas práticas, qualidade, planeamento, entre outros; Manter-se atualizado com as mais recentes tecnologias e tendências, fornecendo sugestões / recomendações, sempre que isso se revele vantajoso; Realizar ações de pré-venda, apresentações e Webinars; Que Skills precisas de ter?
Licenciatura / Mestrado em Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação e / ou Ciência da Computação; Conhecimento técnico (+5 anos ) de tecnologias .NET, como .NET Core, Web API e C# ; Forte conhecimento dos Princípios da Programação Orientada a Objetos ; Forte experiência com SQL Server ; Boa compreensão dos padrões e princípios de design; Forte experiência em .NET Core MVC e Web API ; Conhecimento de LINQ, Entity Framework, Blazor, Serviços de Azure, containeres e / ou Kubernetes ; Experiência no desenvolvimento e entrega de soluções utilizando arquiteturas baseadas em microsserviços e/ou orientadas a eventos; Experiência no uso das melhores práticas de CI/CD usando as melhores ferramentas e padrões do setor (ex., Git, Jira, GitLab, Jenkins); Pensamento crítico e de resolução de problemas; Team Player e boa capacidade de comunicação; Excelente conhecimento de inglês (escrito e falado). Pontos extra para: Experiência com pré-venda, apresentações de software e webinars; Experiência com bases de dados NoSQL; Experiência em desenvolvimento de aplicações mobile.
