This role is based in Lisbon and reports directly to the Pets Business Head Animal Health. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets for companion animal products. Manage a network of distributors to ensure efficient product distribution and market coverage. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Identify and develop strong relationships with key accounts (retailers, wholesalers, etc.) within the companion animal industry. Provide ongoing support and guidance to key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and increasing loyalty. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM Bachelor's degree required, Veterinary background is considered a plus. At least 3 years of experience managing and motivating a sales team and strong understanding of the distribution channels in the Animal Health market. Experience in Key Account Management is considered a plus. Excellent command of both the Portuguese and English language. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels. Analytical and problem-solving capability.
