Sales Methodology Specialist

Currently, our **Sales **Department** is in search of a **Sales Methodology Specialist for the 3-month project**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Distribution System: Design and implement an effective lead distribution system to ensure leads are allocated efficiently and equitably among sales team members.
- Deal Stages Optimization: Establish clear stages for deals, define the optimal duration for each stage, and develop strategies to enhance conversion rates at each stage.
- Conversion Targets: Set and track target conversion rates to ensure the sales team meets its objectives.
- Training and Methodological Materials: Develop comprehensive training programs and create methodological materials to support the sales team in mastering the new processes and techniques.
- Call Scripts and Rules: Create effective call scripts and establish general rules for sales calls, including guidelines for planning and managing call workloads.
- Sales Process Improvement: Conduct a thorough audit of the current systems in collaboration with the Sales Director, develop new processes, and outline tasks across the entire sales department. Track the implementation of these processes to ensure they are effectively integrated and optimized.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales methodology, preferably in an online sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead distribution, and deal stages.
- Ability to create training materials, call scripts, and procedural guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and the Sales Director.
