About The Role

We are rapidly expanding and seek a proactive Sales Growth Specialist to drive top-line growth in Portugal. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will engage prospects with our innovative employee benefits solutions, cultivate strong client relationships, and bring fresh ideas to refine our sales processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing the sales cycle, running discovery and demo meetings, preparing business proposals, presentations, and quotes, following up with potential customers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and developing a deep product and domain knowledge.

You will be instrumental in building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships. Additionally, you will provide input to Product based on conversations with prospects and clients and support the optimization of our sales process by constantly providing feedback to Sales Enablement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Passion for Sales and Optimization: You are driven by challenges and have a strong desire to be successful.
  • Smart and Fast Learner: You quickly identify customer pains and can address them using Cobee's product, while being humble enough to give and accept constructive feedback.
  • Native Portuguese Speaker: You have a working proficiency in English.
  • Proven Experience: You have proven experience working for a SaaS company in the HR industry, preferably with 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong Business Acumen: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Previous Sales Methodology Training: You have experience with typical sales tools, such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
