Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus' global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. Responsabilidades ChaveIn his/her role as Process & Information System Management, the jobholder will be responsible for administrative activities and support to the procurement functions in line with the Service Line Agreement requirements.
Main ResponsibilitiesManage purchasing data in SAPSupport Procurement department for SAP PGI systemCoordination and support for French perimeter on ARP project and Train activitiesManage escalations and subcontractor activities for responsible scope of servicesEnsure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commoditiesManage stakeholder relationship with multiple functions such as strategic and operational procurementContribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art process and toolsDaily support to the buyers (guardian of the right application of SAP Golden Rules and data processes, knowledge enhancement and SAP Golden rules explanation, how to understand the purchasing data in SAP)Project contribution (mainly ARP)Buyer's support (level 1 and 2)Validation of user's access rights CompetênciasBachelor degree or technical training background in procurement, logistics, supply chain or business administration or similar3 years experience in SAPEffective written and verbal communication skills, including fluent in English both written and verbalGoogle suite knowledge is a plusA strong ability to communicate effectively with the capacity to work across functions and will easily adapt and be open-minded to changing priorities, new tasks, etc.Delivery oriented mindset with a strong focus on customers' satisfactionAnalytical and open to new ways of workingA team player being comfortable with remote workingOpen to some travel for business reasons as requiredProcurement experience is a benefit Principais BenefíciosDiverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work.A modern office at Parque das Nações, well connected to public transportation.A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together.An intense and exciting onboarding experience.
