Gerir e controlar as operações quotidianas e a gestão financeira da(s) unidade(s) sob a sua responsabilidade, seguindo as políticas e procedimentos estabelecidos pelo Grupo, procurando assegurar a sua melhor eficiência e o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade de serviço estabelecidos.
Responsabilidades e áreas de acção Gestão do desempenho hoteleiro- Analisar as receitas e custos diários a fim de optimizar os resultados.- Analisar e acompanhar o feedback dos clientes, quer em casa quer em websites como o Trip Advisor, o Holiday Check, etc. Implementar acções de rectificação ou melhoria quando necessário.- Colaborar na preparação do orçamento operacional da(s) unidade(s) sob a sua responsabilidade em conjunto com o Director de Operações.- Estabelecer ligação com vários departamentos (Vendas, Reservas e Gestão de Receitas, Financeiro, Recursos Humanos, etc.) para analisar acções que possam beneficiar a rentabilidade da(s) unidade(s).- Juntamente com o Director de Compras e o Director de Operações de Área, analisar rácios de custos, verificar preços e qualidade dos itens.Gestão de EquipasOrientar e supervisionar as actividades das equipas operacionais, procurando criar rotinas, delegar responsabilidades, desenvolver know-how e estabelecer uma ligação entre as equipas operacionais e os objectivos empresariais.- Realizar reuniões regulares com os chefes dos departamentos operacionais do hotel, a fim de analisar as ocorrências, acompanhar e dar instruções para acções futuras.- Gerir o pessoal do hotel dentro dos limites estabelecidos no contrato individual de trabalho.Orientação ao cliente- Organizar serviços sazonais específicos, programas temáticos ou de entretenimento, ou actividades desportivas dentro da(s) unidade(s).- Assegurar a presença regular nas áreas públicas da(s) unidade(s) sob a sua responsabilidade, a fim de interagir regularmente com os clientes.Outras áreas de acção- Analisar e acompanhar as inspecções e avaliações HACCP.- Quando apropriado, desenvolver acções e contactos com vista a promover a(s) unidade(s) na comunidade, assegurando a identificação das necessidades de melhoria e desenvolvimento das equipas, gestão eficaz de possíveis conflitos, reconhecimento do bom desempenho e motivação para a excelência do serviço.
