Do you want to work for a multinational leader in the technology sector? As a Fraud Prevention agent, you will be assigned orders of web purchases which fall under the scope of doubtful integrity. It is required to review an array of data and perform an investigation leading to acceptance or cancellation of an order.Your responsibilities and impact as Fraud Prevention Agent will be:Focal goal: identifying nefarious activityIdentify and record deviating activities, discover trends, and flag emerging issuesOutreach to customers via phone and emailSharp and privacy-compliant conversational skills are necessary when discussing order details with bill payers and general customersSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:You have a native level of DutchYou have an excellent level of EnglishYou are a natural problem-solverYou are able to deliver deep analysis on customer dataYou can work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressureYou can work interdependently and under minimal supervisionYou pay great attention to detail and work with accuracyYou are motivated and with a positive mindsetYou are a team playerYou are client and service-orientedWhat's in it for you?Salary of 1.117€ per month (x14 per year) + 150 € bonus/month6€ meal voucher per work-dayFull-time job (40h/week), Monday-Sunday (Rotative shifts 7am – 10pm)12 months contract30 days of probation periodFor international candidates:Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Payment of 400 €/month for the rent (during the first 6 months) for relocating candidatesReimbursement of flight ticketsContract as from the first day of training (training is paid 100%)Private health insurance from the beginningExtra:A stable job and opportunities to grow within the companyA family-style working environment, while benefiting from an international and multicultural companyOpportunity to work for Top companies on the marketYour Future Company:Our partner is an international Contact Solutions provider working with leading companies and having a worldwide presence.
