Oferta: A Eurofirms recruta Banquet Manager (M/F) para trabalhar numa empresa do Setor Hoteleiro, localizado em Cascais. As funções a desempenhar são as seguintes:
Funções:
- Planear, coordenar e executar todos os eventos e banquetes no hotel;
- Supervisionar a equipa de banquetes, garantindo um serviço eficiente e de alta qualidade;
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os clientes para entender suas necessidades e garantir a satisfação;
- Coordenar com outros departamentos do hotel para assegurar a logística e a qualidade dos eventos;
- Gerir o orçamento e controlar os custos dos banquetes;
- Assegurar que todas as normas de segurança e higiene sejam cumpridas.
Requisitos:
- Experiência comprovada como Banquet Manager ou em funções similares em hotelaria de luxo;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e liderança;
- Capacidade de gerir múltiplos eventos simultaneamente;
- Conhecimento de planeamento de eventos e gestão de equipa;
- Flexibilidade de horários, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.
Horário:
Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais, com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.
Qualificações:
- Formação de Turismo, Gestão Hoteleira em Turismo.
Línguas:
- Português falado e escrito corretamente;
- Inglês falado e escrito corretamente;
- Conhecimento de outras línguas.
