.Als gedreven Productie Verbeteraar – Lean Expert ben je klaar om samen binnen onze deurenfabriek de productieprocessen te verbeteren en te optimaliseren. Dit is jouw kans om een sleutelrol te vervullen bij Van Vuuren, een nuchter Fries bedrijf met een sterke focus op groei en innovatie. Werkt in een team van nuchtere en gepassioneerde collega's waarmee je samenwerkt aan hoogwaardige producten voor een internationale markt. Verantwoordelijkheid voor het stroomlijnen en verbeteren van onze productieprocessen, waardoor je directe invloed hebt op ons succes. Binnen de functie Productie Verbeteraar werk je samen met je operationele collega's aan het realiseren van onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Je bepaalt gezamenlijk wat hiervoor nodig is en welke hulpmiddelen we hiervoor in moeten zetten, zowel in- als extern. Jouw rol hierin kan zowel uitvoerend als ondersteunend zijn. Hiernaast geef jij de gewenste investerings- en veranderingstrajecten vorm. Samen met de operationeel manager bepaal je welke stappen nodig zijn om realisatie mogelijk te maken. Afhankelijk van de vorm draag jij hierin gedeeltelijk of volledige verantwoordelijkheid. Naast deze werkzaamheden vraagt de dagelijkse operatie om ondersteuning op procesniveau. Vanuit deze rol ondersteun je collega's proactief met vragen die hieruit voortvloeien. Van Vuuren is een productiebedrijf die zich richt op het produceren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige utiliteitsdeuren voor binnen- en buitenland. Met de focus op snelheid, flexibiliteit en een hoge leverbetrouwbaarheid zijn wij continue in beweging. Er wordt continue geïnvesteerd in het machinepark. Daarin speel jij een sleutelrol. De afgelopen jaren zijn onze doorlooptijden met 80% verlaagd en is de output per jaar gemiddelde 10% gestegen tot 140.000 eenheden. De stap die nu gemaakt moet worden is het verder automatiseren en professionaliseren van onze productie- en bedrijfsprocessen, waarbij de verwachte groei gestaag door zal zetten. Vereisten Een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding in bijvoorbeeld de richting Technische Bedrijfskunde, WTB, Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar. Jij bent analytisch sterk onderlegd en jij hebt overtuigende communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent ondernemend en weet wat een organisatie nodig heeft bedrijfsdoelstellingen te behalen. Je bent gedreven, ambitieus en jij bent een absolute teamspeler. Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring binnen een productie omgeving. Je hebt affiniteit met just-in-time processen en LEAN productie.
