Junte-se à nossa equipa comoSales Representative Hospital (Porto) PRT-Lisboa   Como Sales Representative Hospital Wound Care, será o/a embaixador/a das soluções de Tratamento de Feridas na HARTMANN com o objetivo de nos colocar em destaque no mercado.
Terá como responsabilidade desenvolver e expandir o negócio no canal Hospitalar, em alinhamento com os objetivos da estratégia do canal e da Business Division, garantindo o alcance dos planos locais de venda.
Responsabilidades:Envolvimento com clientesSer o ponto de ligação entre a HARTMANN Portugal e os stakeholders externos ao negócio (clientes, KOLs, associações etc);Gerir proativamente novos contactos no universo do tratamento de feridas na região geográfica atribuída;Iniciar estudos clínicos em conjunto com clientes-chave, promovendo a evidência clínica dos produtos HARTMANN;Proporcionar formação e apoio aos clientes em eventos de formação;Prestar serviços em áreas de alta intensidade de serviço, como a de Terapia de Pressão Negativa (NPWT); Manter-se informado/a sobre preços de venda e negociações.COMEX e Transformação DigitalGerir todos os contactos, visitas, chamadas, relatórios e oportunidades de médio/longo prazo no Salesforce (CRM);Estar familiarizado/a com trabalho remoto e ferramentas para execução do trabalho, ex.
MS Teams;Colaborar de forma estreita com o Key-User dos sistemas de Business Intelligence local.Envolvimento na HARTMANNDesenvolver a sua expertise em todos os tópicos relacionados com clientes e KOLs na região atribuída;Liderar e planear ações com clientes em colaboração com o especialista externo em cuidados de feridas (enfermeiro), como estudos clínicos e formações para clientes;Colaborar de forma muito próxima com a equipa de Marketing de Portugal e de Desenvolvimento de Negócio Ibéria para reforçar a expertise e argumentação junto dos clientes;Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipa responsável pelos concursos hospitalares;Participar em eventos e/ou projetos internacionas de cuidados de feridas.
Requisitos:Licenciatura em Gestão, Ciências da saúde ou áreas similares; Mestrado em uma área relacionada com negócios é um plus;Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência na área de vendas no sector hospitalar;Desejável experiência na comercialização de dispositivos médicos para cuidados de feridas;Necessário conhecimentos de informática (Microsoft Office) e gestão de sistemas de dados comerciais (Salesforce);Necessário português nativo.
Desejável Inglês intermédio  ou com boa capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita.
Idioma espanhol é um plus;Residir no Porto ou arredores.
